Early Check-Out
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date
Hotel Rules and Regulations
- No pets are allowed in the Hotel
- Courtesy is expected at all times in common areas: First come first served; Give priority to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly; Do not shout or make noise; Avoid disrespectful behaviors such as putting your feet on the chairs; Manage your children in public areas.
- Please return the room key cards to the Receptionist up on check out.
- It is advised that valuables are kept inin-room safes or kept secure at Reception. The Hotel shall not be held legallyresponsible for any personal valuable that is lost, damaged or stolen in caseGuests do not comply with the regulations.
- Cooking is strictly prohibited in guestrooms. Electrical devices must be used for their intended purposes.
- Bringing illegal substances, weapons,chemicals or explosives into hotel premises is strictly forbidden at all times.
- Illegal activities including gambling, prostitution or substance abuse are strictly prohibited in the Hotel.
- Kindly inform the Hotel in case guests have outside visitors. If guests wish the visitor to stay overnight in theroom, please contact and register at Reception to pay the room fee according to the regulations of the Hotel.

- Heritage Room: 2 adults & 1 children (under 6 years old)
- Calm Lake View Room: 2 adults & 1 children (under 6 years old)
- Family Connecting Room: 4 adults & 2 children (under 6 years old)
- Zen Garden View Room: 2 adults & 1 children (under 6 years old)
- Heritage Room: 2 adults & 1 children (under 6 years old)
- Calm Lake View Room: 2 adults & 1 children (under 6 years old)
- Family Connecting Room: 4 adults & 2 children (under 6 years old)
Booking Policy
- Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong and subject to service charge and prevailing tax including breakfast for standard room occupants in each room type (Please refer to Room Capacity for details).
- Payment is made by Vietnam dong (VND) orin foreign currency shall be at prevailing official exchange Hotel’s rates, issued by Zen Retreat Hoi An at the date of payment and will be accepted Cash, Credit Card or bank transfer.
- "Extras" (telephone, laundry, mini bar, etc.) and other additional services consumed and/or ordered at the Hotel, must be paid directly by the customer at the Hotel upon departure.

Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in time is 02:00 PM. Early check-inis subject to availability, the additional charge may apply for any early check-in before 02:00pm.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). A half day rate will be charged for any check-out after 12:00 noon and a full night’s charge will apply for check-out after 18:00pm.

Children & Extra bed Policy
- Children under 06 years old stay for free, using existing bed.
- Children from 06 to 10 years old:100.000 VND/per child/per night.
- Children from 12 years old consider by adults: 200.000 VND/per child/per night.
- Children from 06 to 10 years old:100.000 VND/per child/per night.
- Children from 12 years old consider by adults: 200.000 VND/per child/per night.
Cancellation Policy
For Standard rate:
- Cancellation made before 14 days prior toarrival will be free of charge.
- Cancellation made between 14 days to05 days prior to arrival will incur 50% room charge for length of stay.
- Cancellation made less than 05 days prior to arrival will incur full charge for length of stay.
For Hot Deal rate:
- At the time booking is made, booking cancellation at an ytime is not accepted.
- No show of all bookings will incur fullcharge for length of stay.
- Cancellation made before 14 days prior toarrival will be free of charge.
- Cancellation made between 14 days to05 days prior to arrival will incur 50% room charge for length of stay.
- Cancellation made less than 05 days prior to arrival will incur full charge for length of stay.
For Hot Deal rate:

Deposit
- All reservation must be guaranteed with amajor card at the time of making booking.
- For the Standard rate booking, in order tosecure the reservation, guest is required to pay to hotel a 100% depositof total estimated revenue before the guest arrival at least 14 days.
- For Hot Deal booking, guest is required topay to hotel a 100% deposit of total estimated revenue at the time ofreceving hotel booking confirmation.
- Hotel reserves absolute right to releaseall rooms not so guaranteed by payment of deposits within the time limitstated.
- For the Standard rate booking, in order tosecure the reservation, guest is required to pay to hotel a 100% depositof total estimated revenue before the guest arrival at least 14 days.
- For Hot Deal booking, guest is required topay to hotel a 100% deposit of total estimated revenue at the time ofreceving hotel booking confirmation.

Force Majeure
In case for any Force Majeure (shall mean any objective circumstance which is unforeseeable and unavoidable, including but not limited to strike, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, war, fire, flood, other emergency conditions, or any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the Hotel), it is impossible for the Hotel to perform its obligations hereunder, hotel will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses… that beyond our control.
